How long will it take to make my advert?

We aim to create your advert with the information you supply and market your property on all portals within 24 hours.

How many viewing requests will I get?

Assuming your property is advertised at a competitive rent and well presented then we expect you to achieve viewing requests within the first few days of marketing. On average 6 viewings results in a let.

Can I upgrade anytime?

Yes, you can upgrade to any package, anytime. You could start with just advertising and then upgrade to full management at any point in the letting process. Legal services are available to purchase as and when they need to be renewed eg CP12 has safety certificate can be purchased every year.

When should I start advertising my property?

You should aim to market your property as soon as your current tenant gives notice to avoid any void periods. Ideally marketing starts 2 months prior to a tenancy ending. If the property is empty, we would suggest marketing as soon as the property is presentable.
