Bowson now manage three rental properties for me up in Newcastle. I am based in the south east of England and therefore I wanted a very hands-on. agent due to the geographical distances between myself and my properties up there. I have been with Bowson now for several years and I have never had any problems. To my memory, we have not had any periods when they were unable to find a tenant for me, and I’m always very happy with the speed and accuracy of communication. I am looking to expand my property portfolio up in Newcastle and I will be using Bowson for any subsequent properties.
