With the Bowson property upgrade service you have peace of mind that we will take control of upgrading your property so it has maximum letting potential. Sit back and let us identify where your property can be upgraded between tenancies, organise and manage works through to completion. The end product will be a property in peak condition which will allow for high end marketing leading to viewings by quality tenants, reduced potential voids, improvement of condition and longevity of future tenancies.
The only major decision after that will be whether you take advantage of our fantastic Management or Tenant Find Services to complete your letting experience.

Property Visit & Itemised Works
Our team will visit your property, either a month before the current tenant vacates or whilst vacant and a detailed list of works and photos provided to maximise the letting potential of the property to ensure a new tenant is achieved as soon as possible and limit any potential void periods.
Quotations Generated
Organisation of quotations through our approved list of qualified and insured tradesmen will provide peace of mind that work will be cost effective, time-efficient and high quality. Tradesman will visit your property and generate quotations promptly for works identified and agreed upon. Our team always review quotes and monitor quality, keeping a close eye on cost.
Works Organised
Once a quotation is authorised we will organise our tradesman to schedule the work in a timely manner and complete to a high standard. A deposit of 25% will be due before work commences.
Works Inspected
Once works are complete a scheduled visit will be made to inspect works and sign off, as long as the works match the standards expected. A short report and pictures will again be provided. Work that is deemed to fall below standard will be rectified before signing off.
Invoices & Guarantees
Having signed off the work an invoice and any associated guarantees, will be provided. Payment made direct to Bowson via our online payments. Invoices should be paid within 7 days.
Securing A Tenant
Once property is ready for the rental market, why not take advantage of our excellent Management or Let Only Service and allow us to make the whole process of being a landlord that bit easier and secure you a tenant quickly;
Management
First let at 50% of the first month’s rent (minimum £350) plus VAT+ 10% of each monthly rent + VAT. Subsequent lets 75% of the first month’s rent (minimum £475) plus VAT.
Tenant Find
One months rent (minimum £600) plus VAT
