It’s great news when you have accepted an offer from a Tenant. We carry out reference checks including credit rating and check the Tenants ability to move in on the properties available date to minimise void periods. All paperwork and monies paid within 2 weeks or 3 days prior to the move in date.

Legal set up

Once references are back we will check that all compliance certificates are in place and prepare the tenancy agreement for signature.

Tenancy start date

Our team will arrange a suitable day and time for you to meet and greet your new Tenant. If you need help with an inventory or registration of the deposit, then check out our property management service.

Legionnaires risk assessment, Gas safety certificate (CP12), Energy performance certificate (EPC), Smoke and carbon monoxide detector installation and electrical wiring certification are all given priorty organisation.
