Complete Tenant find service: We charge a fee of one months rent. The service includes photography, rightmove zoopla and bowson advertising, ongoing market review, unlimited accompanied viewings arranged and feedback, deal negotiating, deal paperwork and rent collection, referencing and tenancy set up.
Choose our Property management service for 10% of the monthly rent and get a reduced Tenant find service fee of 50% of one months rent.
Maintenance, disbursement, inventory and compliance charges may apply.

Most Tenants start their property search online. We always list your property on Rightmove, Zoopla, PrimeLocation and our own bespoke website.
Excellent Photography
First impressions count! Our staff are trained and use wide angle DSLR cameras producing beautiful images of your property which attract potential Tenants.
Bowson board
Eye catching! Many people still only move within a few miles of where they currently live. A To Let board is a great way to get the local market to notice your property.
Marketing progress
We’re with you every step of the way. Our team provide regular feedback to help find a suitable Tenant quickly.
Accompanied viewings
Available if you would like us to meet and greet potential Tenants. Our team enjoy meeting viewers to show your property and highlight the features and benefits.
Let progression
It’s great news when you have accepted an offer from a Tenant. We carry out reference checks including credit rating and check the Tenants ability to move in on the properties available date to minimise void periods. All paperwork and monies paid within 2 weeks or 3 days prior to the move in date.
Legal set up
Once references are back we will check that all compliance certificates are in place and prepare the tenancy agreement for signature.
Tenancy start date
Our team will arrange a suitable day and time for you to meet and greet your new Tenant. If you need help with an inventory or registration of the deposit, then check out our property management service.
Legislation compliance *extra charges apply
Legionnaires risk assessment, Gas safety certificate (CP12), Energy performance certificate (EPC), Smoke and carbon monoxide detector installation and electrical wiring certification are all given priorty organisation.

Our approved list of qualified insured tradesmen and 24 hour emergency contact, allow your property to always be maintained to the highest standard. Our team always review quotes and monitor quality keeping a close eye on cost.
Inventory service available *extra charges apply
The inventory is extremely detailed. Attention to detail is critical and provides the best chance of monitoring the condition of your property during the tenancy. Our track record is excellent and the service provides excellent value for money as we also deal with the Tenancy deposit regulation.
