1. Getting Your Home Market-Ready

First impressions count. We’ll guide you through simple ways to prepare your home for the market, such as decluttering, finishing small repairs, and refreshing key spaces. A well-presented home draws more interest and can help achieve a stronger result.

2. Marketing with Impact

Your home deserves more than just a listing. We use professional photography, detailed floorplans, and carefully written descriptions to highlight its best features. Every listing is promoted on Rightmove, Zoopla, and supported by targeted campaigns on social media, email alerts, SMS notifications, and professional signage. Everything is designed to reach the right buyer, in the right place, at the right time.

3. Viewings Done Right

Viewings are arranged to suit your schedule, and we can accompany buyers when needed. Each appointment is managed carefully to ensure potential buyers leave with a clear and positive impression of your home. 4. Receiving and Reviewing Offers When an offer is received, we notify you promptly and confirm it in writing. We also check the buyer’s position and advise you on your options. Our role is to support your decision-making, negotiate where necessary, and ensure you feel confident every step of the way.

5. From Offer to Exchange

Once you’ve accepted an offer, we issue a memorandum of sale to all parties. Your solicitor will prepare a contract pack, and you’ll complete the necessary property forms and provide any supporting documents. The buyer’s solicitor will review the information, raise enquiries, and confirm the buyer’s mortgage. Meanwhile, your solicitor will handle the legal process, including settling any outstanding mortgage on the property.

6. Completion Day

Once contracts are signed and the deposit is paid, a completion date is agreed. On that day, the remaining balance is transferred and, once received, we release the keys. Your home is officially sold.
