Due to continued growth, we are now looking to add a full-time Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join our successful team based in Jesmond.

Role responsibilities:

• Managing, maintaining and updating a personal database of buyers and investors
• Calling through existing databases to build relationships with new clients
• Viewing residential properties with clients
• Dealing with surveyors, mortgage brokers, banks, clients and solicitors
• Providing a first-class customer service experience at all times
• Used to working to targets and deadlines

Essential requirements :

• Experience working for an estate agency is essential
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Competitive nature with a strong work ethic
• Target Driven with a track record in sales
• Must be able to work on own initiative and as part of a team
• Eager to learn and develop skills
• Very competent with IT software and technology
• Full clean driving licence with your own vehicle
• Must know Newcastle well as you will be required to show properties around the City

For the right candidate:

• £16-18k
• Working hours: Mon to Fri, 9am – 5:30pm and Saturdays 9:00am – 4:00pm with a set day in lieu
• £23,000 OTE
