Tenant Find Service
If you prefer to manage the tenancy yourself but want to ensure it starts off strong, our Tenant Find service covers everything up to move-in. We handle accurate rental advice, marketing, viewings, compliance, referencing, and contract setup. You’ll have the reassurance that everything is done properly, legally, and with the right tenant in place.
From 60% of the first month’s rent + VAT (i.e. £720 incl. VAT on a £1,000 pcm rent)
Fees vary depending on property type, rental value, and service level. A bespoke quote is available upon request.

For landlords who want a fully managed solution, we take care of the entire tenancy. From rent collection and inspections to maintenance and renewals, we manage everything with care and transparency. You’ll have a dedicated point of contact and complete peace of mind, knowing your property is in expert hands.

From Move-In to Move-Out
We handle the full tenancy cycle so you don’t have to. At the start of each tenancy, tenants receive welcome documents, 24/7 emergency contact details, and a clear explanation of their responsibilities, covering everything from reporting issues to looking after the property.
Throughout the tenancy, we carry out regular inspections every four months, providing detailed digital reports with photos so you’re always kept in the loop.
When it’s time to move out, we conduct a full end-of-tenancy inspection, assessing the condition of the property and accounting for fair wear and tear. We also offer pre-marketing advice well in advance to help minimise void periods and keep your rental income consistent.
The Right Tenants, The Right Support
Great tenancies start with great tenants. That’s why we carry out thorough referencing on every applicant, including employment checks, credit history, previous landlord references, and guarantor verification where needed. It’s all about protecting your property and giving you confidence in who’s living there. We don’t just list your property, we market it properly. That means professional photography, compelling copy, and coverage across major portals and social media to attract reliable, quality tenants quickly.
Compliance & Maintenance, Taken Care Of
We take compliance seriously, so you don’t have to worry. For fully managed landlords, we handle everything, from arranging gas and electrical safety certificates to ensuring EPCs, smoke alarms, and Legionnaires’ risk assessments are up to date, along with securing deposit protection and ongoing compliance checks.
For Let Only landlords, we offer expert advice on what’s needed and can arrange certificates and reports upon request. However, deposit protection must be handled directly by the landlord in Let Only cases.
